The bathroom with a bath or shower was a dream come true! After a long day of biking, soaking in the tub felt like pure heaven. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax, and I couldn't ask for anything more.
Though it may not bother everyone, I personally preferred the bathroom with just the shower.

Stayed at this lovely cottage for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful Yorkshire area. We loved that pets were welcome and the cottage was quiet despite being close to a caravan park. The information file provided was excellent, with great suggestions for forest and stream walks. The views of the Abbey were fantastic and the gated garden was a bonus for our dogs. a great cottage with friendly hosts and well-equipped kitchen.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

This place was mind-blowing! The cottage was super cozy and had a jaw-dropping view of the Abbey. The dog walking fields were spot on, and the gated garden was a huge plus. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily access the coast and moors. We loved being able to explore the wider Yorkshire area, including Robins Hood Bay and York. The pet-friendly accommodations were a bonus, and despite being close to a caravan park, it was surprisingly quiet. The information booklets were really helpful, and we enjoyed the Sunday car boot sale nearby. a fantastic experience with amazing hosts, a well-equipped kitchen, and great walks.

Great cottage, well situated to access the coast and moors. Fantastic view. Dog walking fields were spot on and having a gated garden made all the difference. Really good cottage with good information booklets. Shop is a short walk and Sunday car boot sale is a treat not to be missed! Location was excellent. It allowed us to get out of the pressure of a busy busy town, and close enough to quickly get onto the roads for wider exploring. Pets accommodated easily, and although close to other facilities, it was very quiet. We thought the information file was first class, and we used a couple of the suggested walks.
Not much. For the price it was excellent value and the cottage doesn't have WiFi, but has good reception.

The location of Broadings Cottage at Broadings Farm was excellent as it allowed us to get away from the busy hustle and bustle of Whitby. It was also conveniently located for exploring wider Yorkshire, including Robin Hood Bay and York. We appreciated that pets were accommodated easily, and there was a designated field for exercising our dogs. The cottage had stunning views of the North York Moors and the Abbey. The hosts were friendly and the kitchen was well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the suggested forest and stream walks from the information booklet.
Felt snug, no reason to complain.

The garden and free parking were a delight. I loved having the privacy of sharing it with only my party. Sneaton Castle was just a short stroll away, a castle just for me!
Oh, how I adored the lack of airport proximity. Who needs airports when you have a castle and a garden after all?
